Officer Nathan Burnfield

It is with deep regret that the South Strabane Township Police Department in Washington County, Pa. announces the line of duty death of Patrolman Nate Burnfield.
Patrolman Burnfield was assisting at an incident on interstate 70 west in Fallowfield Township (Bentleyville, Pa.) when the accident occurred.
Patrolman Burnfield was a five year veteran with the department serving as a patrolman, arson investigator, first aid and CPR instructor.
We extend our sincere appreciation for the overwhelming support shown during the time of our tragic loss of Patrol Officer Nathan Burnfield.
