 The Township of South Strabane has just implemented a new department
Welcome to the Emergency Management Division of the South Strabane Township Department of Public Safety.
The Emergency Management Coordinator is Scott Heckman. The duties of the Emergency Management Division are to prepare for and respond to both natural and man-made disasters. These include flooding and other weather-related emergencies and hazardous materials and incidents that may occur in the Township.
The Emergency Management Division is also responsible for reviewing and making any necessary changes to the Township Emergency Operations Plan.
This plan will help coordinate the necessary activities to manage any natural or man-made emergencies.
