South Strabane Township Welcomes Mr. Jeffrey Ziegler as Township Manager

South Strabane Township is thrilled to welcome Mr. Jeffrey Ziegler as the Township's new Manager. 

Ziegler comes to South Strabane with over 20 years of municipal management experience. Most recently, Mr. Ziegler worked in Moon Township as Assistant Manager for over 13 years. Prior to Moon, he spent 7 years as a Township Manager near State College, PA. 

The Township's Board of Supervisors officially appointed Jeff on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 at the regular monthly business meeting. Mr. Ziegler has quickly gained his footing in the Township, meeting department heads, staff, and learning about the Municipality's operations. Ziegler's experience spans several areas of local government including finance, human resources, and general operations. Jeff looks forward to meeting the people of South Strabane, providing exceptional service and transparency. 

Mr. Ziegler will be assisted by Chief of Fire & Emergency Services Jordan Cramer who served as the interim Township Manager during this transitionary period.
