Township Manager

Peter Stefansky

South Strabane Township's Administration is led by the Township Manager, Peter Stefansky, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Township, as well as implementing the legislative agenda of the Township Board of Supervisors.

Finance Director

Marie Coffman

Marie has been employed at South Strabane Township since 2019. Marie is responsible for day-to-day financial management tasks, including accounts payable and receivable,  budgeting and payroll. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, as well as her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, from Waynesburg University. Her background includes financial management, human resources and career services. 

Marie also serves as the Volunteer Director of the Crisis Pregnancy of Greene County. She loves traveling and spending time with her family. 

Administrative Clerk

Jolene Garrettson

Jolene joined South Strabane Township as Administrative Assistant in 2024, bringing with her 14 years of experience at a consulting engineering firm. She provides a friendly point of contact for public inquiries and supports various departmental functions and special projects. In addition to her administrative background, Jolene is an experienced graphic designer. She holds an Associate of Science Degree and a Certificate in Graphic Design, allowing her to blend her administrative skills with a creative flair.
