Draft Noise and Dust Ordinance Available for Review

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of South Strabane Township, Washington County, PA, intends to consider for adoption at its regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on Tuesday, May 26, at 6:30 p.m. located at South Strabane Township Municipal Building, 550 Washington Road, Washington, PA 15301, the following ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE OF SOUTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP, WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6-2006 ENTITLED NOISE AND DUST, BY PROVIDING NEW REGULATIONS AND DEFINITIONS RELATED TO NOISE AND DUST STANDARDS, AND RETAINING CERTAIN PORTIONS THEREOF.

A copy of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the South Strabane Township Municipal Building, during regular business hours, the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, and the Observer Reporter at 122 S. Main Street, Washington Pennsylvania, each day until adoption.
